Operator

Gurushakti
Jaypee, Sector 128, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301

Nature of the service

Services are for adults aged 18 and over. Astrology and numerology are belief-based practices. Spiritual services do not guarantee medical, financial, legal or relationship outcomes and do not replace qualified advice.

Price and fulfilment

Each live service states its complete INR price, practitioner or assignment policy, inclusions, delivery period and refund terms before payment. Payment confirmation depends on the gateway’s verified payment record. Closing a checkout window is not evidence of payment.

Cancellation and refunds

Read the specific cancellation policy on the booking page. For an online order, request a refund review from its page in My GuruShakti. Your payment reference is attached automatically. A request is not an automatic approval. Refunds are processed through the original payment provider; a confirmed provider record is required before we mark an order refunded.

If a service cannot be fulfilled as described, contact support for a replacement arrangement or refund review. These terms do not remove applicable consumer rights. Final refund timelines and escalation procedures must be published by the operator before paid launch.
